Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guides development, implementation, and evaluation of the cash management procedures
- Assumes responsibility for the daily maintenance of the general ledger, including adjusting journal entries, budget adjustments, chart of account maintenance, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts to ensure that accurate account balances are reflected
- Approves purchase orders as instructed by the head of Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with company policy
- Assists the head of Finance & Accounts in preparing and implementing the company budget and maintains a continuous internal control program.
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating all financial personnel
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) along with major in Accounting or Finance
Work Experience:
2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Working knowledge on MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office PowerPoint and Tally ERP Software Program.
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Knowledge on accounts and management.
- Good skill in English Writing & Oral
- Able to work under pressure.
