Executive (Accounts)

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Organizational Accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ Ledgers etc).
  • Perform day to day Bank activities by visiting Branches.
  • Collect Cash from various Business Transaction Points.
  • Maintain Project Expenses Information in both Manually and ERP Software.
  • Prepare and maintain all the Vouchers, Requisition Slips & Bills.
  • Reconcile the Bank Accounts regularly.
  • Prepare Petty Cash Statement.
  • Having up to date knowledge on VAT, Tax & Customs duties etc Issues.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Accounts and Finance from a recognized University.

Work Experience:

At least 1 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Should be Smart, energetic & Self motivated.
  • Fairly good in speaking & writing in Bangla & English.
  • Sound Knowledge in MS Office Package, Emails & Internet related tasks.
  • Sound Knowledge in Real Estate Industry.
  • Individual must have a Motorcycle with a valid Driving License
