Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- HR Software (ERP) Maintain, Implementation & Enhancement (If Required).
- Associates Tax Calculation as per rules.
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
- Maintaining of salary payment, new employee joined, bonus, annual increment of employees.
- Record & Maintaining PF & Gratuity fund.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time-sheet and payroll records.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
- Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
- Honors confidentiality of employees’ pay records.
- Ensure associates Health & life insurance management as per policy.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed University.
- Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Expertise in MS Office, MS PowerPoint

- 3 to 5 year(s)
