Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • HR Software (ERP) Maintain, Implementation & Enhancement (If Required).
  • Associates Tax Calculation as per rules.
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
  • Maintaining of salary payment, new employee joined, bonus, annual increment of employees.
  • Record & Maintaining PF & Gratuity fund.
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time-sheet and payroll records.
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
  • Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
  • Honors confidentiality of employees’ pay records.
  • Ensure associates Health & life insurance management as per policy.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed University.
  • Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Expertise in MS Office, MS PowerPoint

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
