HR Business Partner

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure that all HR plan, projects and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Provide support and guidance to business functions on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and HR policies.
  • Work with both management and employees to improve work relationships, enrich employee morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.)
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives for the business functions and ensure internal engagement by developing effective communication campaigns aligned with company mission, values and objectives.
  • Identify training needs for business functions, participate in evaluation and monitoring of the training programs.
  • Drive talent acquisition process and HR operational issues for business functions
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • HR Project Management and Change Management Skills.

    • Strong Business Acumen.

    • Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
