Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure that all HR plan, projects and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Provide support and guidance to business functions on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and HR policies.
- Work with both management and employees to improve work relationships, enrich employee morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.)
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives for the business functions and ensure internal engagement by developing effective communication campaigns aligned with company mission, values and objectives.
- Identify training needs for business functions, participate in evaluation and monitoring of the training programs.
- Drive talent acquisition process and HR operational issues for business functions
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
