Roles & Responsibilities:
- Formulate the Financial Strategy in time to time.
- Prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by the management.
- Keep all accurate records for daily transactions manually.
- Maintain the financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
- Monitor import/ export, L/C finance.
- Prepare budget guideline and consolidate annual budget at Group level to ensure short term and long term objectives of the Group is met.
- Prepare Investment proposal and business case preparation and due diligence.
- Assess optimum/budgeted inventory level and ensure financial control in inventory management.
- Monitor the Receivable & Payable status of relevant entities time to time.
- Ensure appropriate accounting posting as posted by each accounting team.
- Establish control over Fixed Assets and ensure Appropriate Fixed Assets Register in Context of Financial Accounting.
- Co-ordinate with other departments regarding all financial matter of the Group.
- Prepare, implement and up to date SOP and create awareness for adherence of the policies.
- The candidate must be self-motivated & can handle accounts related work of the company.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Masters in Finance or Accounting from any reputed public or private University.
- MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance from any reputed institution with CMA partly qualified or CA(CC) partly qualified will get preference.
Work Experience:
- 8 to 12 year(s)
