Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update documentation related to the social and compliance audit.
- Coordinating efforts related to social audits, reviews, and examinations.
- Conduct internal audit in the light of Labor Law, factory Rules buyers COC & other national & international legal instruments.
- Communicate, maintain, handle and implement all social audits whether buyer & certification / membership audit as H&M, C&A, INDITEX, BSCI, Warp, Higg Index and others.
- Review and update all legal documents time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.
- Up to date personal file as per Audit requirements.
- Keep accurate tracking, movement of personal file and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Communicate with employees to update personal file documentation.
- Maintain office CoC & ensure sustainable compliant environment in work place.
- Any other assignment from reporting senior time to time
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- PGD on HRM from any reputed institute
Work Experience:
- 3 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
