HR Audit Officer (HR)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update documentation related to the social and compliance audit.
  • Coordinating efforts related to social audits, reviews, and examinations.
  • Conduct internal audit in the light of Labor Law, factory Rules buyers COC & other national & international legal instruments.
  • Communicate, maintain, handle and implement all social audits whether buyer & certification / membership audit as H&M, C&A, INDITEX, BSCI, Warp, Higg Index and others.
  • Review and update all legal documents time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.
  • Up to date personal file as per Audit requirements.
  • Keep accurate tracking, movement of personal file and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Communicate with employees to update personal file documentation.
  • Maintain office CoC & ensure sustainable compliant environment in work place.
  • Any other assignment from reporting senior time to time

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGD on HRM from any reputed institute

  • 3 to 6 year(s)
