Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Identify competitive sources for all kinds of raw materials, machine, equipment and office accessories and make timely and cost-effective purchase with adherence to quality
  • Administer survey, based on purchase requisition received from Store, on market rates collected from different suppliers and make comparative statement
  • Ensure Request for Quotation (RFQ), Comparative Statement (CS), Purchase Order (PO) and purchase related report through ERP system
  • Ensure supply of raw materials and services as per the placed order
  • Timely update and maintain the Supply Chain Management database using ERP application and compile report(s) from it as per requirement. Maintain and update detailed SCM information/profile in the application

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • PGD in Supply Chain preferable

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Lo

    Others Requirements:

    • Candidate having experience in local procurement will get preference
    • Good command in ADVANCE MS-Excel and ORACLE, ERP solution
    • Good interpersonal skills and relationship building
    • Negotiation skills
