Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify competitive sources for all kinds of raw materials, machine, equipment and office accessories and make timely and cost-effective purchase with adherence to quality
- Administer survey, based on purchase requisition received from Store, on market rates collected from different suppliers and make comparative statement
- Ensure Request for Quotation (RFQ), Comparative Statement (CS), Purchase Order (PO) and purchase related report through ERP system
- Ensure supply of raw materials and services as per the placed order
- Timely update and maintain the Supply Chain Management database using ERP application and compile report(s) from it as per requirement. Maintain and update detailed SCM information/profile in the application
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- PGD in Supply Chain preferable
Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
LoOthers Requirements:
- Candidate having experience in local procurement will get preference
- Good command in ADVANCE MS-Excel and ORACLE, ERP solution
- Good interpersonal skills and relationship building
- Negotiation skills
