Roles & Responsibilities:

• To meet our continuous expanding business growth we are looking for the capable, competent, qualified as well as ambitious personnel to fill out the above position.
• Executing IT related works.
• Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to social media, company associates, through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
• Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person.
• Complying with all rules, regulations of the Company, BSEC, DSE & CDBL.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Install servers, PC and devices.
• Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware.
• Take regular Backup of the software.
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
• Maintain IT Security infrastructure

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Computer, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Basic Web Development, Database management, IT Troubleshooting, Networking Skills

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  • Age at most 25 years
