Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partnering in growth planning, focusing on the competence and resource gap identification, analysis, action planning and follow-up
- Consulting with business heads and stakeholders to identify and analyze learning needs, and develop the Strategic and Unit learning plans for allocated Business Unit/Support Functions organization
- Work with Managers across business lines to ensure the effective & seamless delivery of end-to-end HR processes
- Work with managers to address employee issues and assist with performance management
- Bridging between HR and hiring function to ensure recruitment compliance and compensation parity
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure transparent performance management and recognition policy & process
- Actively contribute to HR projects as and when required
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree from reputed university
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Strong influencing and ability to work in a complex matrix environment
- Team orientated
- Experience in managing global standard HR ERP
- Sound knowledge of applicable laws including but not limited to Bangladesh Labour Act, Bank Companies Act
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
