Team Leader - Liability Operation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Selling of companys financial liability products and supervising Deposit Associate Team to achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Managing and coordination of sales and service-related activities.
  • Undertake major initiatives to achieve set target.
  • Achieve individual and team annual sales target.
  • Maintaining & developing relationships with existing & potential clients.
  • Looking for new opportunities.
  • Ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure collection of all authentic documents from the respective clients
  • Work closely with liability marketing functions in the company to improve overall deposit collection.
  • Communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities and help organize sales promotions.
  • Ensure compliance for preventing money laundering.
  • Lead team members towards achievement of the targets set by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidate should be graduate from any recognized university having major in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (applicable to 4.00 scales) in all academic records.
  • Conditions may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field is mandatory for this post.
  • Excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude.
  • Pro-active, ability to work hard under pressure, strong willingness for visits to different places & clients and willingness to accept challenges.
  • Computer skill is a must.
  • Product / Business knowledge.
