Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managed Product from Confirmed to Delivery; with responsibilities including business development, new/existing partner relationship management, negotiating terms, expanding delivery reach, warehouse management, setting up one-ship centers, Team management, optimizing delivery network, supply planning and packaging material.
- Bill Reconciliations including - RTO Deductions, Weight Analysis, Breached Orders Data Analysis, Reconciliation of outstanding dues for the inventory pending orders etc.
- Business Development- Negotiating and signing the deal with reputed logistic partners.
- Handling multiple teams to achieve the organizational goal. (Seller, Call & Confirm, Logistics, Return, Refund, delivery enforcement, Warehouse Team, One-ship Centers and Escalations Team)
- Managing the team of Account Managers responsible for coordinating with vendors for timely shipping and coordinating with 3PL partners for arranging pickups from sellers.
- Following up and coordinating with the respective tech teams on the API integration and ensuring the ETA is being met.
- Responsible for capability planning and demand forecasting during peak seasons to handle the increased demand in the network
- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas & implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
- Implemented SOP and started penalizing the 3PL for non-adherence of SOP.
- Accountable for everyday goal accomplishment by setting up target for Pickup and Deliveries by monitoring the DEA.
- Reducing RTOs by finding gaps and involving with CS team & the respective couriers & understanding the process.
- Identifying and analyzing the RTO trend happening through ODA, order rejected by customers and reduced the same considerably by taking the day to day certain actions on it.
- Managing the couriers load allocations related task as per pin code wise and city wise analysis of performance for faster Delivery.
- Preparing & verifying MIS reports as per SLA with a view to apprise management of the process operations & assist in critical decision-making process for better Customer Experience.
- Managing the performance level by monitoring & executing first mile to last mile deliveries within SOP.
- Implemented & improved the process by automating API logs, implementation of SOPs, streamlining workflow & creating team work environment to enhance productivity.
- Working on TP model (Transferable price model) with seller ecosystem team to achieve the overall organization revenue and to provide better average selling price to the customers.
- Reducing shipping loss by improving the process and filling the gaps.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates with International degree will get preference.
