Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure development and implementation of HR policies and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control
- Manage and improve upon existing HR processes
- To apply modern management methods and techniques for efficient management for the Corporation and the Enterprise through efficient personnel management
- Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company
- Support overall day-to-day HR operations, including ensuring a smooth employee and systems on-boarding process for new hires
- Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Respond in a timely manner to employee requests with the appropriate communication and information
- Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Masters or Bachelor in Human Resource Management, PGD HRM Preferable
Work Experience:
- 12 to 15 year(s)

- Age 35 to 42 years

- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to visualize real-time business situations and scenarios.
