Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 1. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
  • 2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • 3. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • 4. Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of leasing programs.
  • 5. Continuously work with the DSM/ TSM/sales representative for increasing the sales or dealer sales.
  • 6. Maintains, order or delivery and ensure to keep the deviation within SOP by motivating/ working with DSM/TSM.
  • 7. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • 8. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.
  • 9. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
  • 10. Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • 11. Determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • 12. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale.
  • 13. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • 14. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, Dealer Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • 15. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • 16. Review Dealer operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • 17. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • 18. Being a Dealer Relationship with Manager maintains working knowledge of Home appliances products and programs are ensure that Dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards.
  • 19. Appoint new distributor and sales representative for the company.
  • 20. To prepare and produce necessary Daily, Weekly, and month reports to the Authority time to time.
  • 21. To carry any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Head of Department and higher authority.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, HSC in Commerce, SSC in Commerce
  • Skills Required: Dealer Sales

  • 10 to 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
