Data Analyst/ Sales Planner

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collect Data from SAP, IMS, Sales Automation Software on a regular basis and mapping the same as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales and Offer MIS Reports. Preparing presentations, Graphs, and analytical reports.
  • Communicate with lower performers salespeople based on their performances and generate weekly reports based on that.
  • Generate PG wise regional sales reports and communicate with DSMs for their area of improvement.
  • Responsible for information management (which includes Trade Offer, Product Details, Competition Analysis) in Sales Automation Software. New Offer Modality Development at Offer Management Panel in Sales Automation Software.
  • Create databases and capture market data (demographics, prices, distribution channels, and retail outlets) Develop and implement sales impact monitoring and measurement.
  • Accumulates facts, figures, trends, market insights, etc. to facilitate marketing, distribution, sales, and business development planning. Offer insights about business potentials. SKU and PG wise historical Sales Analysis.
  • Develop & manage effective Database Management Systems (DBMS) considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
  • Any other task assigns by the supervisor.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/ MBA from any reputed university
