General Manager, HR

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure development and implementation of HR policies and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control
  • Manage and improve upon existing HR processes
  • To apply modern management methods and techniques for efficient management for the Corporation and the Enterprise through efficient personnel management
  • Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company
  • Support overall day-to-day HR operations, including ensuring a smooth employee and systems on-boarding process for new hires
  • Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
  • Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Respond in a timely manner to employee requests with the appropriate communication and information
  • Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • Masters or Bachelor in Human Resource Management, PGD HRM Preferable

Work Experience:

  • 12 to 15 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 42 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to visualize real-time business situations and scenarios.
  • Able to work in a multinational team environment.
