Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop brand strategy including the allocation of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for Bread, Cake and Cookies products
- Drive brand visibility on mass media through ATL (Above-the-Line Marketing) communication & other relevant channels
- Execute the tactical plan using appropriate BTL (Below-the Line Marketing) initiatives
- Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Sales and Research Partners)
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
