Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least 7-8 years of experience in area a Compliance team consist of Fire & Safety, Social and Environmental Compliance.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, failure mode effects analysis, and corrective action planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management.
  • Sound knowledge of computer application is imperative.
  • Should be proficient in English Speaking and writing.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate and aggressive personality with sufficient computer knowledge and good communication skills in verbal and written English.

    Others Requirements:

    • To See the Compliance Department, build up the ability of the compliance team and meet the necessary requirements of the buyers, ACCORD, ALLIANCE and government agencies. Vast knowledge of local labor law as well as ACCORD and ALLIANCE.
    • Ensure 100% labor law related practices in the factories and ascertain that factory is compliant 24/ 7 for an unannounced audit.
    • Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency: keep up to date and have good knowledge of Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social & Technical Audits. Handling multiple standards Quality, Environment & Health & Safety issue.
    • Lead, coordinate and support all activities of the social compliance audit.
    • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
    • Prepare and update the factory health & safety security standard as per various compliance requirements like BSCI, ICS etc.
    • Follow-up on and support continuous improvement on fire and structural safety.
    • Develop and deliver training opportunities that increase internal and external awareness and promotion of strong compliance, especially on fire and structural safety.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
    • Maintain and keep all compliance related documents as per buyers, labor law and other requirements.
    • Prepare the factory through the internal audit before the final and unannounced audit.
