Roles & Responsibilities:
- To monitor & control absenteeism.
- To take productive action for controlling employee migration & risk analysis for migration
- To ensure morning activities on floor.
- Grievance handling & Disciplinary action.
- To counsel workers on Late, Absent, Grievance, PPE, Discipline & coordinate to initiate disciplinary action.
- To conduct orientation training for newly recruited employees.
- To monitor and ensure sufficient arrangement of First aid box, drinking water, hygienic toilet, and hygienic canteen, child care room, medical room.
- Take special care of newly recruited employees and support them in any kind of issues.
- Take special care of Pregnant mothers.
- Ensure discipline during employee in/out time , lunch time.
- Working very closely with engagement event planner & ensuring implementation.
- Sending daily report to management on absenteeism and late.
- Conducting survey regarding floor discipline & maintaining checklist.
- Monitoring PPE usage and coordinating for corrective action.
- Conducting workers exit interview & share with management.
- Monitoring House Keeping & coordinating with respective department to ensure it.
- Suggestion Box opening and maintaining for respective areas.
- To suggest Female workers on procedure on availing of maternity leave and how to get the maternity benefits and to keep tracks of workers on Maternity leave and to check out the reason if workers does not join after availing the maternity leave and also check out the well-being of workers those plan to avail maternity leave.
- To advise and brief workers on Use of PPE, Machine guarding, Sanitation, OSHA, Fire Safety etc.
- Conduct the awareness training program on rules and regulations as per Buyers COC & law of the country.
- To keep coordination with the factory medical officer of the factory & ensures better treatment of workers.
- Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Well known about BSCI, SEDEX,
Others Requirements:
- Bangladesh Labor Law-2006.
- Child Care Act.
- Different Buyer COC.
- Well known about BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, CTPAT Audit requirement.
- Willing to take Different kinds of training.
