Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Policy formulation and implementation.
  • Organizational development.
  • Ensuring factory compliance regarding HR aspect.
  • Employees leave management.
  • Employees performance evaluation.
  • HR monitoring and strategy implementation.
  • To lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
  • To supervise and manage industrial and employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
  • Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting office policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Accessible approach to other.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Should have a good communication skill.
  • Have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
