Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and process client reporting on specified schedule
- Collating & Maintaining Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports from Different Queues & Prepare Dashboards/ PPTs.
- Prepare and automate reports in MS Excel based on requirements and report mock-ups.
- Responsible to generate manuals and various reports.
- Assist in forecasting and scheduling based on historical data.
- Schedule Change management.
- Track employee information and changes.
- Collaborate with client services team on reporting needs and process improvements.
- Review and check quality of reports to ensure accuracy.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that align with client services team.
- Co-ordinate with other departments/Units.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent. (Preferred in MIS, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer science etc.)
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Adequate knowledge in Call Center WFM & MIS
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- MICROSOFT OFFICE
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Call Center
- Must have expertise in advanced MS Excel (Dont apply without this)
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
