Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target of Biscuits, Wafers and Crackers.
- Set directions and lead sales team (MTO/TSE/TM) to executive sales strategies.
- Ensure sales growth of Biscuits, Wafers, and Crackers and and explore untapped market.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Distributors, retailers and wholesales).
- Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions (Biscuits, Wafers and Crackers).
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation/Masters from reputed university
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
