Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demand to CRM regularly.
- Receive products from factory distribution and check delivery challan accurately.
- Create Sales Challan in ERP for product delivery.
- Supply products as per ERP sales Challan.
- Receive dealer product, acknowledge all challan are received from delivery man.
- Maintain SKU wise stock register as per input & Output challan and same have to physical verify with stock register regularly.
- Maintain physical product using FIFO method strictly.
- Perform physical counts and maintain inventory records of belly-cooler and sales vehicle.
- Sort and classify products in a manner which make them easy to obtain once needed.
- Monitor vehicle loading strictly.
- Prepare all kinds of monthly and daily stock statement.
- Re-conciliate monthly stock statement with finance, sales and factory distribution.
- Ensure that products for delivery are routed to the appropriate clients.
- Examine damages and sampling.
- Prepare forms that will facilitate warehouse processes.
- Collect and preserve customer specification records.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain Management
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
