Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
  • Should have sound technical knowledge for troubleshooting passenger car.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Can prepare job card in ERP system.
  • Can prepare estimate for Electromechanical job.
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
  • Have the ability to work in pressurized situation.
  • Able to fulfill or achieve the set target or any challenging task by management.
  • Frequent outdoor visit to corporate customer is a mandatory task.
  • Need to maintain greetings, smile and thanks (GST) to the interacting customers.
  • Must be fluent in writing and verbal English.
  • Should have good interpersonal skill.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
