Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including product development, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
• Arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production by leading a development team effectively.
• Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & product development.
• Play leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Work closely and leading a team with in house European designers to meet Buyers needs.
• Have to lead a development team of Merchandising and execute the taken order very professionally.
• Volume Business: ZARA, Best Seller.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc in Textile Engineering / MBA in Apparel Merchandising from any reputed University/Institutions.
• Masters in any discipline from reputed University.

Work Experience:

• At least 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Should have working experience with Inditex.
  • Have conversant to dealing any foreign buyers and managing them competently.
  • Should have sound knowledge on oven products and its product development.
  • Should have proven leadership and coordination skills.
  • Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
