Assistant Executive/ Executive (Human Resources), Sector - A

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly / monthly plan or schedule for job interviews, assessment and orientation programs.
  • Assist in completing the recruitment & selection process as per planned schedule.
  • Conduct job analysis as and when required.
  • Complete necessary arrangement for job advertisements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of confidentiality on employee records.
  • Facilitate new employee on-boarding process; joining formalities, orientation, placement etc.
  • Maintain employees personal file on regular basis and update employee related data in HRIS.
  • Facilitate attendance, leave, compensation & benefits, welfare programs etc.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal, disciplinary procedure, employee grievance etc.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Others Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical and Presentation Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law
