Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Learn steps in recruiting and hiring process & partner with recruiting team to update the job descriptions and postings.
  • Audit recruitment processes across multiple channels
  • Research hiring trends and best practices.
  • Should be able to find out CV as per required job description from online sources.
  • Enhance campus recruiting program and create a calendar of events for HR
  • Maintain and update components of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Present segments of the Onboarding process to new hires
  • Engage with HR team on Employee Handbook updates
  • Participate in departmental and/or staff meetings.
  • Exposure to all areas of HR, including benefits, HRIS, compliance.
  • Interact with all levels up through Hiring Managers and Executives.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or any other relevant field.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research.
  • Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
