Roles & Responsibilities:
- To lead & run each & every aspect of HR, Admin & Operations of the Factory.
- Regular basis monitor and follow up daily works
- Should be responsible for every kind of Managerial of the Factory
- To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of Rice factory including administrative work
- Supervise and Monitor all department head of the factory
- To monitor the legal issues and Fire fittings
- The candidate will must be production oriented
- Must have working experience to lead Auto Rice Mills
- The incumbent must have to handle the total operations including production.
- To follow up daily attendance & report to higher authority
- Perform Recruitment & Selection process and conduct induction.
- Assessing Manpower demand from the concern department.
- Job design and development based on organizational and departmental goal
- Ensure core business, activities and participating in overall HR controlling system of the company
- Designing and implementing performance management system
- To design & implement KPI, KRI, KPA & routine follow up
- Plan, develop, lead, direct & update HR & Admin issues
- Ensure proper Training & Development process, Compensation & Benefit
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques & provide ongoing reports.
- Competitive analysis & update added benefits according to market demand
- Keep record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files
- Ensure that references/background of selected candidates is checked and educational certificates are verified.
- Maintain and updates leave record as per labor law & companys policy
- Preparing daily attendance correction and HR activity report regularly and on time
- Coordination for Employee Recruitment, Induction, Confirmation, Separation & personal file management
- Employee Relation, Employee Grievance & Disciplinary action
- Look after companys administrative issues, Procurement, Office maintenance, Event management, Rent & utilities
- Evaluation training needs where needed
- To handle final settlement benefits for the employees are in line with company policy
- Documentation in a professional manner
- To prepare draft, deed/agreement, service bond; Job description, appointment letter, increment letter; work order; office memo/notice etc
- Vehicle Management to ensure daily prompt distribution and to minimize the expenditure by ensuring actual cost of Oil & fuel and repair & maintenance
- Security Management at Factory
- Vendor / Supplier Management
- To arrange printing & stationary, Employee ID Card
- To prepare, develop & established various HR policy as & when require
- To maintain liaison with other concerns of the group, Head Office with other department
- Any other task as & when required by the Authority
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM/ Masters in any discipline
- Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Admin HR, Operators
Work Experience:
- Army Retired Major will get top priorities
- Have sound knowledge in KPI - KRA based
