Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage in the day to day operation of Accounts & Finance Department.
- Maintain all books of accounts
- Ensuring standard documentation process.
- Monitor of funds utilization as per company policy.
- Reconciliation of Statement of bank, receivables and payables.
- Preparing Invoices, Debit Note & Credit Note.
- Processing payment & Issuing cheque to the Suppliers.
- Maintaining banking correspondence as per company policy and the standard rules.
- Ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, statements and reports.
- Preparing the Monthly Report as per Management Requirements.
- Preparing and assisting auditors and external parties on financial and accounting issue.
- Ensuring smooth financial transaction of the ongoing various projects of the company.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Excellent operation skill in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with accounts & finance related software operation.
- Have good communication in both English & Bangla.
- Strong correspondence capability over internet and e-mail
- Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
