Roles & Responsibilities:
• Implement marketing/sales strategies and achieve short term and long term objectives; • Review and advising cost effective market demarcation to attain company’s sales and growth target; • Ensure proper utilization of all available resources and optimum use of all field support system; • Generating sales volume from the existing and creating new customers • Responsible for realizing the sales collection and taking initiatives to expedite the procedure • Maintain up to date information about the competitors and keep regular contact with leading customers. • Visit markets rigorously and provide inputs for development; • Monitor activities of sales team and ensure achievement as per objectives/targets by reviewing and implementing the plans; • Ensure that proper training and developments are taking place to increase the performance level of the sales team; • Critical situation handling and tactical strategy implementation to close deals with prospects
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters in any discipline with 3 to 5 years experiences in the same position. BSC in Textile Engineering will be treated as an additional qualification.
Work Experience:
- 6-8 yeasr

Should be a self-motivated person
Must be skilled in team supervision and personal selling
Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum level of supervision
Extensive knowledge on Textile and other Chemical market;
Strategic thinking as well as analytical, planning and budgeting skills; Effective presentation and communication skill; Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments successfully.
