Roles & Responsibilities:

  • . Support in Employee Joining and Exit process and update HRIS.
  • · Maintaining and regularly updating employee’s Personal Files and master database.
  • · Handling insurance-related issues and maintaining the records.
  • · Support in monthly payroll process and other relevant areas.
  • · Support in organization’s policy and process development.
  • · Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees.
  • · Coordinate in organizing training.
  • · Support in organizing different events of Bikroy and employer branding events.
  • · Prepare and distribute all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates to the concerned person as & when required.
  • · Prepare different types of report on current manpower status.
  • · Responsible for maintaining office environment and any administrative activities.
  • · Work on different projects assigned by Bikroy management

Educational Qualification:

BBA/ MBA, Major in HR

Work Experience:

1- 3 years of relevant experience

Others Requirements:

· Strong communication & negotiation skill

· Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office
