Officer/ Sr. Officer (HR & Compliance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards

• Find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory

• Take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively

• Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyers requirement

• Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.

• Face audit like, SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, GRS, SA8000 for different kinds of buyers

• Monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis

• Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively

• Assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance

• Arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers

• Assisting in various disciplinary matters & grievance handling matters through conducting internal assessments/investigations as well as recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.

• Support HR and Welfare and other departments as the case may be, in successfully implementing compliance related initiatives

• Any other relevant task given by the authority

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM.

Work Experience:

• 4 to 8 year(s)

Others Requirements:

• Good inter-personal & communication skills (Both Written & Verbal English).
