Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • The candidate will be responsible for sourcing the sales process which will include leading the sales team to develop the companys position and customer base within the corporate arena.
  •  The candidates will be responsible for development of customer relationship, profitability of the company, customer loyalty and satisfaction, and build strong relationships with key decision makers, potential new targets and influences.
  • Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
  •  Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products , pricing and issues.
  •  Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance.Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer them services.
  •  Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss our service and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
  •  Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence the purchase.
  • Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
  •  Collaborate with the operations department to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
  •  Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
  •  Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
  •  Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
  •  Must have ability to work under pressure and drive sales target.Any other task assign by the management.

Educational Qualification:

1. Must have Post-Graduate or Graduate degree in Marketing/sales or relevant field.

2. A minimum three years of experience in corporate sales.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali language.

4. Excellent thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively.

Work Experience:

8 -10 Years

Others Requirements:

Corporate Sales responsible is involved basically in developing, building and managing the client base of corporate accounts. The job duties for these reps are extended to overseeing the sales processes from scratch till end, targeting new and existing accounts , collaborate with marketing department to execute corporate sales ideas, prospect new customers via emails, sales calls, networking events, follow lead generation and promotional events, analyze sales trend and generate monthly sales forecast and participate in conferences, community events and trade shows to promote corporate programs, and troubleshoot customer service issues.
