Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries quickly for:
- Fare search, Fare quote, Make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds.
- Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
- Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Abacus, Air Ticketing and Visa processing., Airlines, Amadeus, GDS
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
Must have advanced knowledge on GDS system such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
