Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries quickly for:
• Fare search, Fare quote, Make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds.
• Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
• Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Abacus, Air Ticketing and Visa processing., Airlines, Amadeus, GDS

Work Experience:

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  Must have advanced knowledge on GDS system such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.

  Others Benefit:
