Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Every month Payroll & variable expense processing. resignation, termination, separation employee smoothly final settlement aligned with all line Manager after confirmation of necessary clearance
  • Preparation & Communication of various employee related documents, e.g. pay slips, salary certificates, nominee form, health insurance facility briefing, employee & employee member insurance data collection, group health & life insurance activation, ID card provide, bank account open, employee exit, transfers, release letter, NOC, experience certificate, legal notice, etc.
  • Manage Employee onboarding process, organizational induction, invitation letters, acceptance of resignations, joining letters CV, NID, address, academic certificate, reference, released letter verification, individual file maintain & other relevant documentation as per legal aspect.
  • Maintain & keeping the record, file and register as prescribed by Bangladesh Labor Law and Rules.
  • Maintain HRIS of the site and ensure soft copy wealthy database i,e. all categories of employee .
  • Managing all type of Employee Care Events/Welfare activities of the site.
  • Handling & manage of any worker related for issue/crisis/conflict/unrest inside in office premise
  • Ensure the delivery of skilled worker as per production demand
  • Compensation and Benefit Management of all worker
  • Various sorts of report generation & reconciliation.
  • External stakeholder management, e.g. Govt. Office, Banks, Insurance, Medical & others supportive organization.
  • Preparation of all relevant Purchase Requisitions, i.e. for Vendor Payment, Trainings, Other HR events etc

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or BBA or MBA with major in HRM (preferred) with CGPA not less than 3.0 out of 4.0 scale from a public University or reputed private University.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Rule 2015 and amendments of them.
  • English Proficiency is MUST for communicating and report writing.
  • Knowledge and Experience of Recruitment and Selection for the site
  • Knowledge of Security Management in the site
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment in the site
  • Knowledge of Housekeeping Management in the site
  • Knowledge of Employees Training & Development
  • Knowledge of Canteen Management of the site
  • Ensure Legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
