Executive - Marketing (Sales Admin)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Update client data base for RMC I, RMC II and CPCL in ERP software
  • Update Sales Target and Collection Status on daily basis.
  • Post cheque entries in ERP and Work on EPIC software regarding DO approval.
  • Monitor and work on CDR (Call Details Reports).
  • Coordinate with Plants and prepare report on daily production, delivery order and delivery schedule and pending orders.
  • Prepare all Marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing Sales & Collection data.
  • Closely Work on updating receivables with the help of Accounts Department.
  • Prepare Route plan for RMC & CPCL Sales Team.
  • Distribute & Follow up Sales Leads to the Sales Team from Online Campaigns/Tele-Marketing.
  • Update daily visit report for RMC-I, RMC-II, CPCL sales team.
  • Communicate and follow up visited and new clients for update and current/upcoming requirements.
  • Support SCM Team for preparing indent approval.
  • Ensure HR, Administrative & MIS works such as Visiting Card Requisition, Manpower Requisition, IT Requisition and so on.
  • Prepare Meeting agenda & Follow up time to time

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation form Reputed Public/Private University with good academic record.
  • B.Sc Civil Engineering will get preference.
  • Skills Required: Details reporting technique,Excellent communication skill,good listening skill,PRESENTATION SKILLS,Sales & Marketing,Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Excellent coordination and presentation skills
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
    • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
