Roles & Responsibilities:

• To prepare monthly production plan considering theoretical production requirement (from Supply Chain), production capacity, and raw material availability.
• To execute the production plan in an optimized manner by preparing workable shop floor plan with a view to ensure maximum customer service level.
• To supervise completion of daily production recording data in SAP.
• To monitor & control important job-efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Processing Cost, Batch Variance, Right First Time, etc set by Management.
• To train departmental work force to minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive maintenance.
• To ensure timely implementation of budgeted Capital Expenditures of department.
• To analyze and prepare budget proposals (Capital Expenditure, Expenses, Manpower) to factory management for the forth-coming year.
• To operate in compliance with ISO 9000 standards as applicable.
• To ensure real time adjustment of production plan.
• To motivate workforce to ensure production to meet extremely high demand during peak season maintaining highest level of product quality.
• To maintain work efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Processing Cost, Yield Variance, Batch variance, Right-First-Time, minimum machine breakdown etc. as per target set by management.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering(Officer G-1) from any reputed public university

Work Experience:

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Understanding of process, machineries, safety norm, planning concepts
  • Knowledge on Computer literacy & experience with ERP, preferably SAP
  • Analytical ability & Output oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal relationship
  • Strong leadership, dynamic skill.
  • Should have hard working mentality.
