Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit customers, build rapport with them to understand their pain points, present value proposition/USP of our digital marketplace
- Formulate and execute sales strategy plan to achieve monthly target
- Conceptualize campaign, promotion, sales activities and execute those to boost sales
- Coordinate with internal and external (partners/Vendors) stakeholders to create, customize and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans, campaigns and operation to achieve monthly target
- Measure customer experience and suggest improvement area in system to ensure best in class platform experience
- Suggest emerging business opportunity through advertising, business process re-engineering and analytics within and outside assigned customers account
- Onboard, update and maintain customers account from our platform and train customers with know-how of our marketplace
- Manage sales and brand promoters team to deliver result and achieve target
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/BBA -Major in Marketing from reputed foreign/local public/private universities
- BSc in Computer Science with MBA in Marketing may also apply.
- Professional Education: On-campus/Online study/certification on e-commerce, sales, digital marketing/sales, channel /partnership management and analysis/analytics will be given preference
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Sales/Business Development: Must have at least 2-4 years of experience in *E-Commerce /Enterprise/Business/Corporate sales. Distribution and retail sales experience on top will be added advantage. [* Candidates having E-commerce experience will get preference and experience requirements could be relaxed for them.]
- Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette
- Negotiation & Persuasions: Must be an excellent negotiator and persuader to convince decision maker and customers
- Marketing & Brand Promotion: Should have engaged in marketing and brand promotion activities
- Leadership and People Management: Good to have leadership skills to manage sales/brand promoter team
- Computer Literacy &Tech savvies: Excellent in Microsoft packages (OS, offices applications). Tech savvy to use and train people to use new technology based gadgets, apps and services
