Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing salary sheets, tiffin bill/allowance sheet.
- Preparing separation bills.
- Preparing reconciliation salary.
- Maintaining staff files.
- Keep track of employees data on ERP.
- Calculating bonuses and allowances
- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Must be proficient and fluent in English;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Well Behaved and convincing;
