HR Executive (Payroll)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing salary sheets, tiffin bill/allowance sheet.
  • Preparing separation bills.
  • Preparing reconciliation salary.
  • Maintaining staff files.
  • Keep track of employees data on ERP.
  • Calculating bonuses and allowances
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be proficient and fluent in English;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Well Behaved and convincing;
