Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act with recruitment & selection procedure of workers, staffs and officers
- Maintain HR database
- Prepare & issue ID cards for workers and staffs
- Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter & transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by the top management
- Update workers list for group insurance
- Prepare and issue letter for outgoing workers
- Prepare final settlement paper for outgoing workers
- Proper documentation of personal file, record of employee/ staffs
- Ensure that attendance report, salary and OT sheets are prepared as per local law
- Arrange training program for workers & staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, fire fighting, health & safety, compensation, benefit etc.
- Formation of workers participatory committee ( WPC), health & safety committee (EHS) and arrange monthly meeting
- Proper documentation of all meeting and training documents
- Deal with disciplinary action of employees & staffs
- Follow up welfare activities
- Deal with buyers in connection with compliance issues.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
- Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
- Well conversant in MS Office
