Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act with recruitment & selection procedure of workers, staffs and officers
  • Maintain HR database
  • Prepare & issue ID cards for workers and staffs
  • Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter & transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by the top management
  • Update workers list for group insurance
  • Prepare and issue letter for outgoing workers
  • Prepare final settlement paper for outgoing workers
  • Proper documentation of personal file, record of employee/ staffs
  • Ensure that attendance report, salary and OT sheets are prepared as per local law
  • Arrange training program for workers & staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, fire fighting, health & safety, compensation, benefit etc.
  • Formation of workers participatory committee ( WPC), health & safety committee (EHS) and arrange monthly meeting
  • Proper documentation of all meeting and training documents
  • Deal with disciplinary action of employees & staffs
  • Follow up welfare activities
  • Deal with buyers in connection with compliance issues.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
  • Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
  • Well conversant in MS Office
