Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure development and implementation of administrative Procedure to support the companys business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
- Ensure the effective execution of day to day office administrative issues, such as employees leave administration, company transport management, procurement, office stationery & printing supply, contract/lease agreement, office equipment maintenance.
- To Monitor, supervise, plan, develop, update and to implement different policies and procedures regarding to the strategies of Administration department & improve the operational systems and policies and reporting system.
- Develop, maintain and administer a sound organizational plan; initiate improvements as necessary. Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
- To maintain relation with law enforcement and government office. Ensure discipline at organization & ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
- To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place. To handle legal issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.
- Update all licenses, certificates. To maintain liaison with relevant authorities.
- Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per inhouse check list
- Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Compliance, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Conflict management, Factory Administration, General Administration
