Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must have minimum 4+ years experience on e-commerce business, including digital knowledge in:
- Web traffic and driving online sales and re-strategizing all digital channel management
- Creating huge growth in customers, sales and satisfaction
- Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email. Social media inventory/pre-orders or display advertising campaigns and have ability to take responsibility of overall business health of key products and services
- Working with product management, be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance with digital brand marketing on the E-Commerce platform.
- Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets.
- Partner with the merchant and planning teams to define and optimize the web daily marketing calendar
- Understand and optimize the customers path to purchase
- Setting up and optimizing paid media campaign
- Managing website analytics tools, HTML. CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
- The incumbent will be responsible for overall operations of both offline and online (mainly) business platforms of Retail E-Commerce Platform ensuring collaborative cross-functionality among all departments.
- Responsible for defining, leading, and executing the companys overall strategic moves for both online and offline platforms.
- He will be responsible for delivering upon all sales objectives ensuring cost efficiency, budget forecasting, ROI programme, benchmark identification, etc.
- Responsible for taking steps in connection with foreseeing demand and supply, ensuring smooth customer experience, increasing customer engagement, improving customer conversion rates, driving revenue & profitability, etc.
- Responsible for identifying and implementing new opportunities to drive sales, visibility, efficiencies, etc. along with identifying new potential market places to leverage business growth.
- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the E-Commerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test E-Commerce initiatives.
- Experience with B2C or B2B E-Commerce depending on your focus
- Proven leadership of large E-Commerce projects
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Identify new areas of E-Commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
- Provide expertise on current E-Commerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure E-Commerce principles are incorporated
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing form reputed university. Experience in Digital Marketing will get preference .
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
