Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the function to deploy the organization’s people agenda across the operation and playing a key role in establishing key metrics for achieving long term People, Capability and Capacity strategies.
  • Participate in business planning and ensure alignment of people agenda with business goals within the organization.
  • Enhance and development the capability of employees within the function to deliver business objectives; manage & implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Lead change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.
  • Maintain an external perspective, anticipates people trends, and translates it into strategy.
  • Lead resource planning, recruitment, development, and retention of key talents within the function to deliver business strategy and results in line with Organization’s growth culture.
  • Collaborate with the business to create a high performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
  • Maintain effective employee relations through regular connection with employees in their functional organization.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation and/or Post-Graduation from a reputed recognized national/international institute.

Work Experience:

  •  4+ years of workin

    Others Requirements:

    • Must have good knowledge of Human Resources
