Roles & Responsibilities:
Cash & Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis. Dealing with Banks and other Financial Institutions. Regular monitoring of accounts receivables and payables. Generate various reports as per management’s requirements. Track bank deposits and payments. Assist with budget preparation. Assist Supervisor in preparing various financial reports. Maintain all VAT-related records, register and relevant documents conforming to VAT law. Prepare and calculate all VAT returns, Forms, VDS, TDS and tax returns submit the same within the specified deadlines. Ensure compliance of VAT and Income tax payable of all transactions including its reconciliation. Keeping a database of all the assets of the company and updating it from time to time. Analysis of the costs and generate the report. Perform any official task allocated by the Supervisor and the Management. Checking the expenses of various projects. Verify the accuracy of all invoices and assure proper allocation of expenditures to funding sources and expense categories. Prepare and maintain different sorts of requisition slips. Accounting Software entry. Any other operational assistance. Sound knowledge on Govt. VAT & TAX policy.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA or MBA, Major in Finance or Accounting from a reputed university. - We also appreciate extracurricular activities/skills.
Work Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance*** - English proficiency** - Sound knowledge of Local and International Financial Market** - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet** - Good typing speed + Fast computing skill - Problem-solving capability with the ability to work under pressure. - Broad-minded and well-mannered - Ability to maintain the confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and sincerely. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work with cross-functional team members.
