Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales team and report to team leader about daily activities of team.
• Retain existing customer as well as source new market.
• Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, market position etc. and suggest management about the market policy.
• Guide team on achieving target and preparing reports.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure collection of credits from market.
• Prepare day to day sales report and collection report and send to immediate supervisor.

Educational Qualification:

• Masters/MBA at any discipline from any university of Bangladesh.

Work Experience:

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skill.
  • Ability to work on MS Word, Power Point & Excel
  • Sufficient Computer Literacy (E-Mail writing, Report writing)
  • Ability to handle at least 5/6 Thana or Upazilla with minimum 70-80 shops.
