- Visit showrooms (partners) for providing different types of technical training.
- Communicate with our partners regarding their feedback and concerns.
- Digital campaign query management.
- Have to receive digital campaign call in phone and solve different kinds of digital campaign issue of Walton Plaza/Distributor.
- Have to communicate about the information related to digital campaign offers to the Walton Plaza/Distributor.
- Have to forward critical issue to concern team.
- Help the dealer how to use digital campaign App.
- Convince customer properly.
- Take complain from customer and assign to service center.
- Provide information about product in query.
- Make positive view to customer about product purchase.
- Inform customer about service and product policy.
- Help about online purchase and motivate customer.
- Inform customer about mobile and laptop related technical issue.
- Perform call center related activities assigned by superior.
Educational Qualification:
- MSc/BSc
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)

- Able to handle critical situation
