Sr. Executive - Brand/ Assistant Brand Manager Eon Group of Industries

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual business plan for profitable company growth
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development
  • Conduct research to understand markets to identify consumer trends & needs and determine how to position the companys brand
  • Monitor and analyze market share trends, sales volumes, and competition
  • Work with Research and Development (R&D) team, factory and technical team to convert innovative business ideas into saleable products
  • Do the distribution & market coverage plan and per TG profile in coordination with sales team
  • Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products
  • Need to do product costing & pricing and work to increase Gross Contribution/Margin
  • Plan and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
  • Develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
  • Track budgets for maximizing gains and reducing costs
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability
  • Manage cross-functional teams (sales, product development, Supply Chain, Distribution & Others) to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets
  • Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Prior working experience in Brand Management/Marketing dept. in a similar role
    • Thorough understanding of product pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning
    • Conversant with current marketing trends and best practices
    • Impeccable research, data collection, and analysis skills
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset
    • Exemplary time management skills.
    • Creative thinking with a good understanding of market trends and retail selling
