Roles & Responsibilities:
- Check and Prepare payment vouchers in the software and prepare cheques for the release of funds as per the procedure of the company.
- Assist Team Leader in preparing monthly salary, so that salary to be paid within scheduled time and error-free.
- . Ensure compliance with laws by deducting TDS and VDS from different parties and deposit those amounts to the Government Treasury within the scheduled time.
- Prepare and submit withholding taxes as per Income tax Ordinance.
- .Maintain detailed, accurate, up-to-date data/Record to inform decision-making by Team Leaders.
- File payment vouchers and receipts and keep soft copies of all payments using Excel or any accounting software
Educational Qualification:
- B.Com/ M.Com / MBA (Major in Accounting will be preferred)
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AcOthers Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management
- Good command over computer, especially in MS Office & e-mail
- Should have strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and organized individual
- Hardworking with good communication skill
- Capable of Operating Accounting Software.
