Store Officer/ Depot In Charge

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform and supervise all necessary works to run depot effectively and efficiently.
  • Deliver the products as per software order and receive incoming materials as per challan.
  • Follow up market collection as per individual retail credit.
  • Ensure proper credit control matrix of depot.
  • Ensure Retail offer and gift collection and delivery as approved offer modality.
  • Liaison and coordinate with sales, distribution in terms of product delivery and related issues.
  • Ensure depot accounts with cost effective expenses, charges and profitability.
  • Ensure optimum FG inventory to manage delivery support and also manage damage inventory with proper checking and returning within the company policy.
  • Different type of statement prepare and provide as per requirements.
  • Monitor overall administrative activities to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree from any reputed institution

  • 2 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Must be good at MS Excel and MS Word.
    • Must be good team player.
    • Self motivated and capable work under pressure.
