Accounts Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to prepare Bill , Chalan, VAT Chalan, all kinds of Voucher.
  • Maintain Bank Book, Cash Book & Party ledger, Suppliers ledger.
  • Must be able to prepare Financial Statements.
  • Should have Knowledge about VAT/ TAX
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills.
  • Preparing & Maintain of companies Asset register.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly received & payments
  • Prepare periodical financial reports and analyses.
  • Cash flow reports and budget/forecast related works.
  • Cash book, Bank Book entries and posting (including preparation of all vouchers).
  • Closing of cash and bank transactions at the end of each day.
  • Responsible for procurement and supplier payment management.
  • Collect House rent , utility bill and deposit to the bank
  • Communicate with Local Govt. Authorities
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Graduate in Commerce, BBA / MBA in Accounting or Finance or equivalent from any reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Ability to work independently and to able work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Sound knowledge in computer skills.
