Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining stores by using Oracle Integrated software ans as per companys indexing system
  • Ensuring and posting requisition on software
  • Maintaining minimum level of safety stock
  • Liaison with central store
  • Completing daily work on due time
  • Reporting to the higher authority
  • Preserving necessary documents
  • Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in any commerce background from any reputed University

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

    Others Requirements:

    • Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
    • Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills
    • Experience in maintaining store records with Inventory software (Tally/Oracle/SAP etc) is essential
    • Solving all kinds of problem about receiving and delivery
    • Coordinate with other departments for spare parts issues/receive
    • Must be sincere and diligent
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Must have to experience on motorcycle driving
